Aesthetic Clinic
Anti-wrinkle treatments are a safe, non-surgical aesthetic procedure designed to soften and smooth fine lines and dynamic wrinkles caused by facial expressions such as frowning, smiling, or squinting. Using a purified botulinum toxin, tiny injections are carefully administered into targeted muscles to temporarily relax their movement, resulting in a fresher, more youthful appearance. Common areas treated include forehead lines, frown lines, and crow’s feet. Our treatments are delivered by qualified healthcare professionals in a clinical setting, following a detailed consultation to ensure safety, suitability, and natural-looking results that enhance your individual facial features and confidence.
Earwax Removal Clinic
Earwax removal is a safe and effective procedure designed to clear excessive or impacted ear wax that can cause discomfort, hearing loss, or ear infections. We use gentle microsuction technology, which involves a low-pressure suction device to precisely and hygienically remove wax under direct visualisation. Where appropriate, manual removal techniques using specialist instruments may also be used to ensure complete clearance. This procedure is carried out by trained healthcare professionals in a clean clinical environment. A full ear health assessment is conducted before treatment to ensure suitability and to provide personalised care for optimal ear health. Unable to get to the clinic? No problem, we conduct home, care home and nursing home visits within 15 miles of our clinic address.
Private Urgent Care Clinic
As we continue to work through the necessary compliance processes for our Private Urgent Care Services and engage with various regulatory bodies, we anticipate launching The Ethicus Clinic’s Private Urgent Care Service later this year. We’ll keep our clients informed with updates via social media, and once all regulatory requirements and inspections are successfully completed, we’ll officially announce the launch of this new service.
Travel Health Clinic
As we continue to work through the necessary compliance processes for our Travel Health and vaccination Services and engage with various regulatory bodies, we anticipate launching The Ethicus Clinic’s Travel Health Service later this year. We’ll keep our clients informed with updates via social media, and once all regulatory requirements and inspections are successfully completed, we’ll officially announce the launch of this new service.

Founded in 2025, The Ethicus Clinic is more than a clinic — it is a vision brought to life by Advanced Clinical Practitioner Andy Memory-Ferron MSc, BS (Hons), RGN, who brings over 15 years of expertise in urgent and emergency care. Our Founder
Mr. Andrew Memory-Ferron
MSc Advanced Practice (ACP), BSc (Hons) RGN.
My interest in healthcare began at 35,000 feet — during eight years with Virgin Atlantic Airways. I spent five years as cabin crew with exposure to managing numerous medical events in-flight, followed by three years as a Medical Training Instructor. I taught aviation medicine to cabin crew and pilots, covering everything from CPR to in-flight childbirth, helping prepare teams for any eventuality.
Inspired by this experience, I retrained as a Registered Nurse and completed a BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing. From my very first placement in the Emergency Department, I knew emergency care was where I belonged. Since then, I’ve built my career in urgent and emergency care and completed a master’s degree in advanced clinical practice. In my current role as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP), I independently assess, diagnose, treat, prescribe, and discharge patients — providing full-spectrum care at an advanced level.
I’ve also had the privilege of working globally as a freelance flight nurse practitioner, repatriating patients from around the world. This role combines clinical skill with compassion, ensuring safe returns home for those injured or taken ill abroad. From the age of 18, I began to travel the world both personally and in a professional capacity, I am acutely aware of international travel health and I would be delighted to advise and assist you with planning your travel health needs for your next trip, whether it be general travel health advice, to prescribing and administering vaccinations for travel and medications for your trip such as anti-malarial medications.
Each summer, I volunteer as a senior nurse at major music festivals, including Glastonbury and Reading, where I help lead teams in pop-up field hospitals serving over 120,000 attendees. These experiences — though far removed from the calm of a clinic — have taught me adaptability, leadership, and clinical confidence in all settings.
